• Free cancellation if cancelled 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

• No-show bookings (guest does not arrive) are non-refundable.

• For early check-out, refunds are not applicable for unused nights.

• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Modification Policy

• Date changes are subject to room availability and may involve a rate difference.

• Modifications made less than 48 hours before check-in may not be accepted.
